Suzi Herman, minister, author and flag maker, will be instructing a one-hour, hands-on flag workshop. This will entail learning movements with the flags while experimenting with some flag choreography in the midst of all the fun.
Ages 3 to 93 are invited to jump in and participate. This will close with a time of moving freely with the flags to some music that will truly lift your spirit. If you have never flown a flag before you are in for quite an experience, as you will be richly blessed.
What to bring? Participants should have a teachable spirit and flexible heart to allow the body to flow with the flags.
What to wear? Participants should wear casual, comfortable clothes.
