Join experienced paddler, Ed Lawlor, on a trip perfect for the beginning paddler on the Pithlachascotee River. This paddle will launch from Frances Avenue Park and will end at the New Port Richey boat ramp on Main Street. If you have a boat, bring it with you. If not, contact Ed by the 31st of October to reserve a boat!
What to bring? Bring your kayak! A limited number of boats will be available to rent at Frances Avenue Park and must be by October 31.
What to wear? Comfortable clothes for paddling, “water socks” or light-weight sneakers recommended.
